Dear Helen

We wish to inform you that we in the software development department do not approve of Lois D. being placed as our manager. We believe that she is under qualified and inexperienced for the position she currently holds. We believe that Brian Mix who is the senior employee should instead take her place. Brian has all of the qualifications and is well versed in company procedure and policy. We all agree that he is perfect for the job. If this change doesn’t take place immediately all the people on this list will resign along with Brian.
